• Palate: Flavours of barley sugar, dates, raisins, leather, and toasted oak, giving way to butterscotch sweetness, praline, coconut, fresh citrus, dark plums, and marzipan

• Finish: Rich and lingering—like Christmas cake—with notes of sultana, fig, honey, and soft spice
