PX sherry casks are famed for their dessert-like richness and this dram doesn’t hold back. Expect deep layers of sticky dates, figs, toffee sauce, dark chocolate, and a wave of warm spice. The Ballindalloch spirit, elegant, creamy and gently fruity, shines through the lush PX influence, resulting in a decadent whisky that feels far more mature than its years suggest.
