Bottled by the revered indie wizards at Adelphi, it’s an unapologetic expression of place, process, and purity — a whisky with dirt under its nails and salt on its skin.

Released in September 2022, this batch was made from a carefully balanced blend of peated and unpeated malt, matured in bourbon and sherry casks to create a dram that’s both raw and refined. Bottled at full cask strength, it skips the chill filtration, keeps its natural colour, and delivers a flavour punch that doesn't hold back.

On the nose, there’s briny sea spray, lemon rind, and warm smoke swirling through the glass. Take a sip and you're hit with bold strokes of dark chocolate, burnt orange peel, salted caramel, and a savoury streak of earthy peat and cracked black pepper.
