Introducing Ardbeg Smokiverse, the bold and boundary-pushing whisky crafted to commemorate Ardbeg Day and the 25th anniversary of the Ardbeg Committee. Driven by an innovative High-Gravity Mashing technique, this year’s Feis Ìle release intensifies flavour by packing more grain and less water into the mash tun. 

Expect an otherworldly fusion of smoky Islay character and unexpected fruity depth: think smoked bubblegum, tropical fruits, and toasted sourdough, woven together with rich muscovado sugar and deep creosote smoke. Bottled at a powerful 48.3% ABV, this limited edition is out-of-this-world and down-to-earth, all at once.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Bright gold

• Nose: Explosive fruity esters, smoked bubblegum, ripe barley, toasted sourdough, and, with water, aromatic peat and tropical fruits

• Palate: Creamy and bold; rich muscovado, sooty creosote, aniseed, clove, and charcoal smoke. 

• Finish: Infinite earth peat and sizzling bonfire embers that linger long after the final draw.
