Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry casks, and Graham’s 10 year old Tawny Port pipes. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.
Aroma: Whispers of Manuka honey, dark plum, cracked black pepper, and hints of clove.
Palate: Morello cherries and dates, elevated with notes of candied Seville orange, fresh figs, and light cacao.
