It spent its first years in ex-bourbon casks, soaking up soft vanilla and malty sweetness, before being transferred into a first-fill Marsala wine barrique from Sicily for a vibrant finish that lasted just long enough to dial things up.

Bottled at a robust 50% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration, this is a whisky that delivers creamy fruit, bright spice, and subtle depth — full of charm, but never too sweet.
