Introducing Hell’s Stone Whisky – Single Rioja Cask, a historic first release from the very first batch of whisky ever produced by the distillery. This extremely rare expression showcases the unique craftsmanship and dedication that defines Hell’s Stone.

A Whisky Born from Collaboration & Innovation

Crafted in partnership with Keltek Brewery, this whisky begins with a stunning pale mash, setting the stage for its remarkable depth of flavour. It is then triple distilled in Jackson, the largest still at the distillery, refining and smoothing the spirit before its journey into a hand-selected Rioja wine cask.

Nestled in the shadow of St Michael’s Mount, this whisky has matured in the salty sea air, absorbing the rich red fruit character of the cask while retaining the bold spirit of Cornwall.

Unchillfiltered for Pure Character

This whisky remains unchillfiltered, preserving its full flavour and natural texture. As a result, you may notice a slight sediment in the bottle—a testament to its authenticity and craftsmanship.
