The Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is whisky with true island character. From barley grown in the distillery’s own fields to malting, distilling, maturation and bottling, every step happens on Islay itself. Few whiskies can claim such authenticity,  and it shows in the glass.

This special release is drawn from whiskies distilled between 2007 and 2011, matured in a marriage of 44 bourbon barrels and 2 oloroso sherry butts. The bourbon influence brings bright vanilla, citrus, and orchard fruits, while the sherry adds richness with dried fruits, toffee, and warm spice. A gentle thread of Kilchoman’s trademark peat smoketies it all together, creating balance and depth without overpowering the sweetness.

At 50% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this is a whisky bottled with integrity. It’s bold yet elegant, offering layers of flavour that evolve sip after sip.
