Distilled at the independently owned Kilchoman distillery on Islay’s rugged west coast, this whisky is a celebration of contrasts: coastal brine and black treacle, smoke and spice, dried fruits and roasted nuts. The spirit has spent its entire maturation in PX casks, allowing those rich sherry characteristics to soak deep into the whisky’s DNA, without losing Kilchoman’s earthy backbone.
