Crafted under the guidance of Dr. Jim Swan, a revered whisky consultant, Annandale’s whisky is made using traditional wooden washbacks and matured in carefully sourced high-quality casks to ensure depth, complexity, and character.

A Tribute to Scotland’s Greats

Annandale Distillery produces both peated and unpeated whisky, honouring two of Scotland’s most iconic historical figures:

• Man O'Words – Unpeated, inspired by Robert Burns, Scotland’s national bard and former exciseman in Annandale.
• Man O'Swords – Peated, paying tribute to King Robert the Bruce, Scotland’s warrior king and the 7th Lord of Annandale.
