Bright aromas of citrus and exotic fruit lead into a generous, full-bodied palate, layered with gentle minerality and a touch of well-integrated oak. Domaine Antoine Olivier Rully Saint-Jacques 2022 is beautifully balanced, finishing with a pure, mouthwatering freshness and lingering citrus notes.
This single-vineyard Chardonnay is produced with great attention to detail, shaped by the Olivier family’s heritage and their commitment to sustainable and organic viticulture.

The result is a wine that faithfully expresses the distinctive terroir of Rully, marrying traditional values with a modern winemaking philosophy.
Aged in French oak barrels and gently filtered prior to bottling, this wine highlights the elegance, precision, and purity for which the domaine is known.
About the Producer:
Domaine Antoine Olivier was established in the late 1960s, originating from a small collection of vineyards passed down from Antoine Chevalier Moreau to his grandson, Hervé Olivier. Hervé gradually expanded the estate by acquiring historic vineyard sites across Santenay, including parcels that had lain untouched for nearly a century, with a particular focus on renowned white wine terroirs. The quality of these soils is now reflected in a range of outstanding wines, notably the domaine’s exceptional white Santenay — a rarity in an area largely known for red wine production.
Today, the estate is managed by Hervé’s grandson Antoine Olivier alongside his daughter, Jade.
The Domaine Antoine Olivier Rully Saint-Jacques 2022 has lively aromas of ginger and minerality with complementing toasty oak lead to a pure mouthwatering and saline finish.
